Une altercation aurait éclaté au Monument National de la Guerre, en ce soir de Fête du Canada, à Ottawa.
Cette interaction serait «devenue conflictuelle» et «un agent a été étranglé», a rapporté la Police d’Ottawa sur son compte Twitter.
D'autres agents sont immédiatement intervenus, 4 personnes ont été arrêtés.
